Mountain Bike Instructor Job for the 2026 Season! – (GERMAN LANGUAGE LEVEL B IS A MUST) Please send your CV to info@mtb-school.ch We are offering an exciting position in an exceptional alpine environment as a mountain bike instructor in the riding area of Flumserberg, Switzerland.

Your Tasks:

  • Group lessons for kids & teens: Leading and conducting mountain bike courses for children and young riders.
  • Private coaching: Giving individual MTB lessons depending on your qualifications and riding level.
  • Adult lessons: Teaching beginner and intermediate riders on trails and technique areas.
  • Trail riding & technique training: Supporting guests in improving balance, cornering, braking, flow, and confidence on trails.
  • Teamwork: Assisting in the preparation of training sessions and riding programs.
  • Instructor training: Participation in internal training and skill development programs.

What You Bring With You:

  • Passion for mountain biking: Enthusiasm for biking, nature, and outdoor sports.
  • Experience with guests & groups: Friendly attitude and strong customer service skills.
  • Enjoyment of teaching: You enjoy working with children, teenagers, and adults from different countries.
  • Flexibility: High level of commitment, including weekends and holiday periods.
  • Riding skills: Good to very good mountain biking skills on trails.
  • Safety awareness: Responsible attitude and focus on safe riding practices.

What We Offer:

  • Employment: Seasonal part-time employment during the 2026 bike season.
